What data we collect

Why we process it (purpose & legal basis)

We process your email and unit count with your consent, which you give by submitting the waitlist form, in order to: confirm your waitlist registration, inform you about early access, product launch and pricing, and understand demand by portfolio size. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Where your data is stored

Form submissions are processed by Framer (our website platform) and stored with our email service provider [PROVIDER, e.g. MailerLite/Loops]. These providers may store data on servers outside the UAE; where that is the case, we ensure an adequate level of protection in line with Articles 22-23 PDPL.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and at the latest 12 months after our public launch, unless you have become a customer.

Your rights

Under the PDPL you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to withdraw your consent at any time, to object to or restrict processing, and to data portability. Every email we send contains an unsubscribe link. To exercise any right, contact us at jakob@aqarsoftware.ae. You may also lodge a complaint with the UAE Data Office.

We use privacy-friendly analytics to measure visits. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set.
